    Lady that does his scheduling is extremely rude, condescending, and sarcastic. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Because of my experience with her I am looking for another Dr. I've been seeing Dr. Boyd for probably the past five years and have no issues with him at all. It's too bad his front end lady is this way. He should probably hire people that like their jobs and know how to talk to customers. I would give four or more stars but due to my experience with her 3 is the best.
